Job Description : This company is a world leader in the provision of employee benefits advice. Their office in Surrey has an opportunity for an experienced client relationship manager due to continued business wins and therefore expansion.
Work with the administration teams to ensure an efficient, professional service is provided, taking the overall responsibility for a number of clients, to include Trustee Secretarial duties.
The role will involve:
• Work with the administration teams to ensure an efficient, professional service is provided.
• Take the overall responsibility for an agreed list of clients, to include Trustee Secretarial duties. Discuss and agree client business objectives.
• Maintain pro-active contact with clients at senior levels, keeping clients informed of best practice, market trends and product developments.
• Ensure that all service agreements, delivery promises and performance standards are met, and clients expectations managed.
• Prepare and present pension clinics and seminars (as appropriate).
• Be a point of reference on technical matters and non-standard cases.
• Keep abreast of all changes in legislation, and manage the impact on client services, procedures and fees.
• Assist with the production of proposals.
• Participate in new business presentations as required.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling other services to existing clients.
• Project manage new client implementations, to include service delivery and managing the budget, as required.
• To be considered for this role you will have:
• PMI qualification desirable.
• Proven experience of dealing with clients.
• Proven interpersonal skills, to include communication and negotiation.
• Significant experience dealing with occupational pension schemes.
• Strong technical pensions knowledge
